About Tim

Tim is a healthcare consulting leader with over 10 years of experience guiding federal and private sector healthcare providers through efforts to standardize and elevate their revenue cycle operations. He has a depth of expertise in leading large-scale technology implementations, streamlining healthcare business operations, resource forecasting, monitoring financial performance and maximizing the impact of healthcare employees.

Over the course of his career, Tim has managed large teams responsible for improving the performance of healthcare organizations with net patient revenue ranging from $69 million to nearly $3 billion. He works closely with healthcare leaders to enhance their organizations’ bottom line through strategic process redesigns, software adoption and internal change management. During his time at Huron, he supported a large team responsible for helping Veterans Affairs successfully consolidate revenue cycle processes at 170 medical centers into seven centralized offices.

Prior to moving into consulting, Tim was a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. At Huron he serves as a mentor and advocate for military veteran new hires as they transition into professional services.

Tim is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
