About Paul

Paul has spent more than a decade in healthcare consulting, working with large health systems, community hospitals and federal government health delivery systems to transform their financial and operational performance. He has deep expertise in the areas of hospital performance improvement, revenue cycle restructuring and centralizing critical functions within large, multifacility provider organizations.

Over the course of his career, Paul has led initiatives that have generated more than $40 million in recurring client benefit, as well as more streamlined processes and enhanced patient experiences. In addition to his work with private sector hospitals and health systems nationwide, Paul specializes in creating solutions tailored to federal government health care systems.

Paul was previously a director at Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. Outside of his consulting work, he lectures on healthcare topics at numerous medical school and universities, including Georgetown University, the University of North Carolina, the University of Illinois at Chicago and Concordia College.
