Lindsey draws upon nearly two decades of healthcare experience as she leads the execution and delivery of new virtual facilities for healthcare clients.

Openness and a willingness to change are crucial to healthcare transformation as we create a new model of hospital-at-home care.

About Lindsey

For over 17 years, Lindsey has guided transformations at healthcare institutions, including the implementation of virtual hospitals in patients’ homes, revenue cycle improvement, business office consolidations and performance improvement. She helps ensure virtual hospital success by implementing clinical operations, acute rapid response networks, and technology and payor operations.

During her career, Lindsey has:

  • Directed in-home, “virtual hospital” arrangements for patients in California, Ohio, Delaware and Texas to ensure the successful execution of acute medical care management in home settings.
  • Managed an end-to-end redesign of a patient accounting revenue cycle solution across eight hospitals of a faith-based health system with $1.2 billion of net patient revenue, resulting in $10 million of cash acceleration and $20 million of annual recurring net revenue benefit.
  • Directed three charging continuum improvement assessments for healthcare clients, including revenue cycle, clinical documentation improvement and technology teams, creating methodology and work plans for ongoing use.

Prior to her current role, Lindsey served as a healthcare consultant with Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. Much of her work there focused on complex, multifacility providers, including comprehensive reengineering engagements and enterprisewide business office consolidations.

Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science in finance from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
