Jennifer has nearly two decades of experience designing and managing programs to engage and develop the workforce. As a senior human resources leader, she has built coaching and learning programs to maximize workforce morale and efficiency, specializing in programs that foster unique perspectives and build critical competencies for organizational leadership.

About Jennifer

Jennifer has 20 years of experience cultivating workforce initiatives to improve the employee experience and align it with organizational mission and priorities. As principal of Huron’s healthcare business, she serves as a senior adviser to executive leadership and is actively engaged in the development of future-focused strategies, designing and executing events to develop talent across the industry and navigating change across the businesses.

Jennifer previously served as director of human resources for five years, where she provided leadership for talent management functions to drive growth in revenue and staffing for Huron’s healthcare business. In this role she drove focus on employee engagement, reducing the turnover rate from 17% to 14% in two years. She also designed a new compensation plan and approach that increased employee engagement as well as implemented a talent review program that resulted in approximately 50% of high-potential employees advancing to new opportunities. Additionally, Jennifer served as an adviser to leadership on a range of topics, including organization design, success planning, communications and complex employee relations.

Prior to Huron, Jennifer served as an international human resources manager at Jones Lang LaSalle. During this time she provided support to global businesses within the firm, managed all recruiting activities, and enhanced and managed the firm’s international staff exchange program, working with global regional coordinators to identify program participants, assign placements, structure compensation packages, and provide ongoing support to assignees and managers.

Previously, she also served Jones Lang LaSalle in the roles of human resources associate, strategic staffing associate, strategic staffing analyst and strategic staffing coordinator.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in human resources from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University. She is also Hogan-certified in Hogan Personality Inventory; Hogan Development Survey; and Hogan Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.
