Ida brings more than three decades of higher education experience to Huron, including 15 years of working with colleges, universities and academic health centers to transform their operations with technology. She has deep expertise working with leaders to select and implement budgeting, cost analysis, business intelligence and student information systems.
Throughout her career, Ida has collaborated with education institutions and healthcare organizations to:
- Lead road map sessions, conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations on business process redesign to support the effective use of technology.
- Assist in the selection of technology applications to help streamline business process, improve decision making and enhance resource alignment.
- Oversee the implementation of planning and budgeting technologies to support a variety of budget models.
Prior to joining Huron, Ida was a principal solution consultant for Oracle, supporting the higher education industry. Previously, Ida has worked for ELM Resources and JPMorgan Chase, managing technology product development and university and college business process redesign. She also spent a number of years as a director of campus services and financial aid at Argosy University.
Ida is a frequent speaker at both technology and higher education industry conferences and events.
